Just before 8pm last night I was on my way to DC for a craigslist pick up. I got on I-395N at Glebe Road and immediately noticed a vehicle moving erratically with no headlights on so I dropped way back to keep my distance since I didn't want to be anywhere near him. I was hoping that the cop I saw would pull the driver over. 15 minutes later on my way home from DC the northbound lanes were closed and traffic was backed up. At home my husband told me about the breaking news report. Scary.
