The little one has been doing great. Growing like crazy. My mom has been telling me how much she wishes we lived closer and I had promised her that I'd visit before I ran out of maternity leave, but I ran out yesterday. I'm on a one week extension now and suggested that my mom come here instead so she will be arriving at noon today. She'll be here just in time to hear the little one say "poo" and "poop." I fear all the "Do you need to go poo poo?" and "That's a lot of poop!" have stuck. I think the "pffft" farty sound Popeye makes when he tries to get her to poop has also stuck. Brilliant first words, no?
